CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be done within 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations after the 24 hour period will result in a charge of 50% of your service.
In the event of a no show, you will be charged 100% of your service.
LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT
A haircut or waxing appointment will need to be rescheduled if you arrive 10 or more minutes late.
If you arrive late to a color appointment, your service may be adjusted to fit in your allotted time.
CREDIT CARD
A credit card must be on file to book any appointment. Credit cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
