CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be done within 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations after the 48 hour period will result in a charge of 50% of your service.

In the event of a no show, you will be charged 100% of your service.

LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT
Shorter appointments like haircuts, nails, or waxing will need to be rescheduled if you arrive 10 or more minutes late.
If you arrive late to a color appointment, your service may be adjusted to fit in your allotted time.

CREDIT CARD
A credit card must be on file to book any appointment. Credit cards will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
